Our success depends on your satisfaction so we will be happy to do what we can if you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, unfortunately we can not accept returns once your file has been delivered.

If you decide to cancel your order before we have sent you the file we are more than happy to issue you a full refund. 

Please note, it is your responsibility to carefully review your details before sending this to us - we will check with you if anything jumps out at us in a "this can't be right" manner. 

However, in the case of an error on our part, please accept our apologies and be assured we will fix the error as quickly as possible and redo your order at no extra cost.
